Rochelle Hadley is a Customer Success Manager at Switchee, helping organisations make the most of their data to improve the lives of their residents. Rochelle has been working in customer success for 6 years in the tech for good space, with 5 years in account management previous to that. Directly before Switchee she worked in health tech at Virgin Pulse, helping a number of international companies with their health and well-being strategies.

Has worked almost 30 years with Southwark Council delivering the Councils major works programmes as well as special projects across the borough. More recently delivering one of the largest projects in the Council at a cost of over 64 million and the second largest project in the country to deal with Condensation, Damp & Mould to over 400 properties improving and maintaining the living conditions of the residents as well as their health and wellbeing. This working alongside key stakeholders at all levels.

Helen established Dudley’s in-house Home Improvement Agency (HIA) achieving quality mark status and has since been instrumental to the continuous development by expanding to provide an Energy Advice service.
Her advocacy of the role an HIA can play in providing a one stop hub for both professionals and the public has ensured warm homes and fuel poverty is kept high on the agenda when collaborating with Social Care and Health.
Both the Home Improvement and Winter Warmth services have been recognised nationally.

Ian Hutton
Product Engineering Director
Switchee
Ian Hutton is the Product Engineering Director at Switchee, helping to improve the lives of people living in rented homes. His team roadmap and build Switchee’s products, from the data science that powers Switchee’s insights to the cloud services that deliver them and the IoT devices that provide real time data on the health of the environment in each home. He has over 20 years experience of product development in the mobile telecoms and smart home industries. Prior to Switchee, Ian spent seven years at Hive, launching products including the original Hive Active Heating thermostat and British Gas’ Boiler IQ remote diagnostics service.
